Why a website subscription?
We provide a payment plan that takes care of your website design, hosting, security, and ongoing content updates – all for an affordable monthly fee.
Unlike traditional website design services, there’s no large upfront fee. Your website costs are billed month to month, instead of all at once at the start of your project.
This means your website is kept safe, secure, and up to date with no additional charge, leaving you with more freedom to invest your budget into other marketing avenues.
How long is my subscription?
Subscriptions require a 24-month commitment, after which your contract is month-to-month. Easy-peasy!

What are the benefits of a subscription over the traditional model?
A subscription isn’t for everyone, but in many cases it can produce immediate ROI, lessen risk, offers a full warranty, is more future-proof, and has a quicker turnaround time than traditional development methods.
How long will it take for my website to be completed?
Because websites can vary in size and complexity, they can vary in delivery times. Keep in mind that turnaround times depend on how quickly we can get everything we need for your website. This includes website content, images, logos, branding assets, etc.
If we have everything we need, a small site can be ready in as little as 3 weeks. Larger sites can take 4-5 weeks to finish. We aim for fast turnaround while adhering to high quality standards.
Do I have to provide the content for my website?
No, you don’t have to. You can add-on professional copywriting services as an add-on to your project. In fact, we recommend adding copywriting services for pages which play the greatest role in attracting visitors and converting those visitors. Usually, this is the homepage and service pages.

What happens at the end of my term after my site is paid off?
Once your website is paid in full, the website is completely yours to keep. We just transition you into a Website Care Plan which is currently $150/month and continues to provide you with hosting, maintenance, and support services.
If you decide to move the website to a different hosting provider, we can help you migrate your site for a one-time fee. You will be responsible for any software licenses required to keep your website running.
What is your cancellation or refund policy?
You can cancel within 30-days with no questions asked and we will refund you 100% of your money. After 30-days, you have two choices for canceling your contract before the end of your contractual term.
If you want to keep your website, you must pay the remaining balance of your site in full plus a migration fee and we will help you transition the site to a different host.
If you want to cancel your website and do not want to keep the site, we have a cancellation fee of 50% of your website’s remaining balance. Once paid your contract will be terminated and your website will be deleted.
